They are creating legacies for their families!
They are traveling and experiencing the world!
They are experts in their field!
They are curating culture!

They are teaching, leading, mentoring. influencing, coaching, guiding, serving...

And a lot of them are tired.

The thing is that most women want to lead from a place of integrity and authenticity which requires an elevated degree of self-awareness, honesty, vulnerability, transparency, and emotional intelligence.

It requires that Black Women do their OWN work as they create space and encourage others to do theirs!

Black Women since time immemorial have been the collective nurturers, healers, givers of respite, and servants of others, yet when it is time for them to heal they often find themselves in silos, attempting to do the work on their own, and that can be a very lonely journey.

The Heal On Purpose Club is where Black Women In Leadership can come together as WOMEN! Where they can remove the hats, the cape, and the roles and simply be Women in need of connective and supportive space as they traverse thier individual healing journeys.
