Description
This is a club for all who love history: ancient, mediaeval, and modern. The global focus is meant to reflect a wide concern, beyond Europe and the West, to include the uncounted and the rest. But it is also a reference to Global History methodology. Come here to geek out about history of all kinds, but also languages and all that affects history and the study of history.
Rule #1: Come with an open mind. History is a dynamic field, it changes like all fields of knowledge and inquiry. Nothing is certain.
Rule #2: While #1 is true, it also is true that it matters that one does research. Opinions are all welcomed and ideas are appreciated, but readings are good too!
Rule #3: While #2 it is true, asking questions is always good. Don’t feel bad about any questions. There are no wrong questions.
