In “KETO AFRICA”, we don’t judge what kind of Keto Life Style you choose to follow....Strict Keto, Relaxed Keto, Dirty Keto or any other style of Keto. Come and share your Keto/ Low Carb experiences and advices, ask your questions, or just listen.
We focus on food substitutes, ideas, recipes etc
We also focus on how to make the Keto/ Low Carb Lifestyle SUSTAINABLE and ENJOYABLE for Africans and African meal lovers. We talk about all things Keto, low carb, food, fasting, weight loss, health, struggles, success, encouragement, goals, accountability etc.
