Elevate voices without speaking over anyone : The Council is all for creating safe spaces for all identities. This means, creating security for marginalised groups, through respecting their ethnicity, pronouns and boundaries.
Affirm vulnerability and encourage conversation : Vulnerability can only thrive when reciprocated. When someone shares, affirm their sharing, and open up conversation to talk about them, acknowledge their points, and ask open questions
