Intellectual Curiosity: Let’s avoid topics and angles with consensus and go for ones that are contentious. Err on the side of interesting ideas — not just recap Twitter du jour — even if they’re not fully-formed.
Conviviality: Have a glass (or jar) of wine. Let’s focus on the ideas above the people. Don’t take disagreement personally no matter how animated. Have another glass.
