Description
Diversify The Stage was created to create more accessible pipelines to careers in concerts, events, and touring industries for BIPOC, LGBTQA+, Female-Identifying and Gender Nonconforming individuals. In this group we will discuss the issues of inequities in this sector of the music industry, how we move forward, Grassroots organizations working towards bringing change and educational resources, the creation of a US Concerts Alliance and what this can mean for the future of our industry. We welcome industry leaders across talent agencies, management companies, record lables, production suppliers, stage hand and show crew members, ARTISTS, venue owners, D&I board members, promotions, HR, Legal, Mental Health and more to join in the conversation, and be a part of the mission to transform our industry, across all of our stages.
