Membership and participation: All members of the public are allowed to join and participate in relevant topics mainly but not limited to English, rooms to be carried out in other languages must be clearly stated on time.
Discussion and ruling: Members are reminded to raise hands and wait for their chances to speak or to be called out by name when they are part of the speaking room.
Penalty: The administrators will not tolerate insults or disgraced remarks, as they can legally bring the house to order, in whatever way benefits the discussion.
