🟣 Practise ‘bottom-lining’: Sometimes we need the story, often we can ‘bottom-line’, make the point we’re reaching for and it’s just as, if not more powerful when delivered like that. It also helps us respect one another’s time.
🔵 Openness: Come with curiosity and compassion. Leave the judgement at the door.
🟢 Listen, then talk: If on stage please truly listen to other speakers before speaking. Avoid just waiting to say what you want to. Let’s make this a dialogue at least, not a monologue.
