Transform Your Hustle is the Club for people with criminal histories who are tired of the criminal lifestyle. The number one reason people return to crime after release from prison is it is next to impossible to get a good job with a record. One of the most critical issues facing America today is recidivism. The recidivism rate is over 75%, meaning that more than 75% of those incarcerated will return to prison within five years after there release. Our incarceration rate is too high to begin with, things must be done differently, we must reduce this number greatly. Entrepreneurship, I believe is the key to people closing the prison gates behind them.
