Hey My ADHD Family!🙋🏾‍♀️ My ultimate goal is to hold a safe space for deep and fun conversations. This club will support parents with ADHD, parents with children with ADHD and adults with ADHD. Whether you want to be parents some day, going to be parents, supporting families that have ADHD, or don’t have children but want to share their ADHD experiences with parents, this club is also for you.⁣

I want to provide a one-stop shop of information and community support. We will explore topics such as ADHD and:

✅ Parent meltdowns⁣
✅ Children meltdowns⁣
✅ Your children going through puberty⁣
✅ How to advocate for them⁣
✅ The importance of self-care⁣
✅ Balance eating ⁣
✅ Exercise ⁣
✅ And, more. ⁣
⁣
I also will invite experts that work with ADHD children including teachers, coaches, therapists and child psychologists to share some detailed knowledge on how parents can help their children. ⁣

There is so much we can learn from each other and discuss. The most important part is I want to create a safe and kind community where we can have open discussions and share our thoughts and experiences.⁣
