Description

The purpose of this group is to learn and practice the "yud hei" Kabbalistic meditation.

The aim of the meditation is to stabilize the mind ("Yeshuv Hadaas"). This means reaching a state of mind which is settled, awake, clear, relaxed, and renewed.

The inner exercise includes rhythmic breathing, mental vocalizing, and working with our attention.

This form of mediation helps one explore their spirit and body as one learns to harmonize with creation.
