The first step towards getting somewhere is to decide that you are not going to stay where you are… We are enablers for Change. Motivating civil society to REACT ACT TRANSFORM. We are putting citizens centre-stage to fight indifference, be heard & standup for change.

We will be holding for the many interesting, passionate and powerful conversations along these lines. Join us, add value and volume to the Voice of Reason. Let’s make it heard & make it count. Let’s be an example. Not just an opinion.

Listen respectfully: Listen actively, without interrupting and with an ear to understanding others' views. Prepare specific questions to ask if & when the forum permits.
Criticize ideas, not individuals: Commit to learning, not debating. Comment in order to share information, not to persuade. Induce passion not heat to the conversation.
No inflammatory language: No assumptions & generalisations about social groups based on caste, religion, gender, economic levels etc. Do not ask individuals to speak for their (perceived) social group. No blame or speculation.
