International Family Law on Clubhouse

Over the last decade there has been a steady rise in the number of transnational marriages & relationships, international surrogacy arrangements and the international relocation of children. Everyone operating in this brave new world, where international family disputes have increasingly become the norm, need to understand the complexities involved in dealing with modern day cross-jurisdictional matters.

The aim of the International Family Law Club is to raise awareness of international family law issues and talk about how they intersect with other issues like immigration, tax and succession.

Many of our members are Fellows of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL).
