We’re a collaborative community with a big goal to make mental health services accessible across the world regardless of race, gender, religion, socioeconomic status, etc. All while destigmatizing the act of seeking help. Be a part of the movement! 🌎

WHAT IS MENTAL FITNESS?
Any practice that you do regularly to improve your mental health such as yoga, mindfulness, therapy appointments, staying active, journaling, faith, counseling, and anything far and in between. The idea is to find what combination works for you in improving your mental health! ❤️
