“The Why Experience” on Clubhouse

A lifetime of lessons and reflections has lead McArthur Glaze to create a club that equips youth organizations and families with tools and strategies necessary to further their mission. “The Why Experience” club’s goal is to empower workers and parents through thought provoking conversations, education, and real strategies.

This club is an outgrowth of McArthur Glaze’s experience, coupled with his study, and observations over years of offering service to youth, who reminded him of himself. To this reality, he has applied wisdom from the Word of God, self-education, and has crafted routes to a change of heart for each participant. McArthur’s hallmark premise is the belief that all youth have a purpose and an area of giftedness needing discovery and fostering. The notion that once being part of the problem doesn’t mean you take up residence there, unfolds before our eyes, as McArthur’s strategies purposefully becomes an element of the solution to the ills at the high-risk youth, including incarcerated ones, face as they reach for life beyond the circumstances of their environments.
