Young Muslims of the Diaspora is a safe space for growth and building connections. The club is intended to help uplift one another, as young Muslims in the diaspora, in matters pertaining to this beautiful deen of ours.
Set a good intention always ☝🏾: As we enter a room, let us revise our intentions and set a good one. So that Allah may put barakah in our gatherings InshaAllah.
Be respectful in speech 🗣: Let’s be respectful in speech. Let’s not cut anyone off as they speak. Let’s listen to understand and not solely to respond. Let’s also be mindful of how we call folks (i.e. female).
All are welcome 🌍: Muslims of the Diaspora welcomes all young Muslims of the diaspore. It is a safe and brave space. No disrespect will be tolerated. We treat all with respect. We are kind to all. We are not judgmental.
