1: Rules of this group
Each speaker will make a seven-minute speech in the order; 1st government, 1st Opposition, 2nd government, 2nd Opposition.
2: After the first minute of each speech, members of the opposing team may request a 'point of information' (POI). If the speaker accepts they are permitted to ask a question.
3: This group is just for fun just like our high school debate so dont take anything personal.
