Description

A club for all kinds of folks who use Swift to build apps for iOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and beyond.

Whether you’re into SwiftUI, UIKit, AppKit, or Swift on the Server, and whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, this is the club for you.

🛠 Come and bring your Xcode questions, your Vapor tips, your ARKit prototypes, and your Core ML models – all are welcome here!

👩🏼‍💻 We’re also here to help you find your next job, so watch out for career advice, interview tips, learning suggestions, and more.

🚫 Please note that we have zero tolerance for harassment and other abuse. Our club rules are from the Recurse Center – please read and follow them.
No “well, actually”: A “well, actually” is when you correct someone about something that’s not relevant to the conversation, and is usually about focusing attention on you rather than the topic.
No feigned surprise: Feigned surprise is when you act surprised when someone doesn’t know something – “you don’t know what closures are?!” This makes them feel bad, and less likely to ask questions in the future.
No back seat driving: Back seat driving is when you lob advice into a room without really joining or engaging in the conversation. It’s easy to miss something important and give advice that unhelpful, and it’s rude too.
