Yogastrology on Clubhouse
Description
Yogastrology is combining yoga and astrology together as a movement. Also will discuss what it means to combine Trauma into yoga as well as Ganja/Cannabis at times (as I am trained in both) We will discuss yoga, astrology & how it ties into the body, emotions, soul.. meditation, mindfulness. Being present with yourself, grounding, etc.
