The process of getting a divorce is broken.
Lawyers sometimes are not properly equipped.
Judges sometimes are not experienced with the complexities.
Procedural formalities often block common sense solutions.
The end result is that people, often children, get hurt needlessly.
The purpose of this club is to discuss ways to fix the problems existing in today’s divorce process.
Judges, lawyers, other divorce professionals, divorcing people, and anyone else who is interested in discussing ways to make things better are welcome to come participate.
