❓What if the story you are telling yourself in your mind isn’t the whole or true story in “reality”?

What if you were exposed to different perspectives? Would you open to exploring the possibility? Or, not? If your answer is “YES!” please join our club.

Throughout our life, our opinions and ideas will fluctuate; which is great because it’s how we grow and mature.

It’s easy to create a world that constantly feeds us information and ideas that we want to hear with social media and tailored news networks. We easily customize our own window to the world. But these curated windows don’t fully reflect the world around us.

Gaps then exist in our knowledge and growth as individuals by only exposing ourselves to the information and things we’re already aware of and comfortable with. So, while it’s tempting to surround ourselves with people who share our opinions and ideas, there are many benefits to regularly being around differing perspectives and challenging your own assumptions. Including, and not limited to, improving your business and personal relationships, increasing your success, and enhancing your self-esteem and -awareness.
