This club is intended to be a safe space for Oromo women. If you are not an Oromo woman, please be prepared to hold space for them. That means respectful engagement. No interfering women when they talk. At times, we will reserve the stage only for Oromo women. Many of our topics will be female centered. When you join this space, you must be okay with these terms.

Be respectful.: No name calling, profanity or personal attacks. Be open and ready to engage respectfully. Zero tolerance for slurs and mansplanin.
This is a brave space.: Be kind to yourself and others. If you need to, step away. Express yourself and hold space for your sisters.
Be kind: Empathy is important, let's practice it. Oromo women's voices will be prioritized.
