It's open for about 30 to 60 minutes on weekdays randomly. It starts around 10:00am.

The main moderator, Yukiyo Takada, is an English teacher, and an English/Japanese meet-up events coordinator for moms in Japan. She hopes this room is going to be a place to meet new people and enjoy exchanging information about picture books especially for moms.
