Conversations about loss and grief, how to connect, how to support, what to say, what not to say and ultimately know how to be a compassionate connection with people who are grieving.
First: Everyone grieves differently. Be kind and considerate. This is not a space of competition, one grief is not compared to another. The best gift we can give each other is compassion. DO NO HARM.
Going forward: We share what’s vulnerable. Intimate details may be a trigger for others, as well as for ourselves, lean on the side of caution. Listening for understanding is a gift. It requires being fully present.
A final note: No spamming. If what you offer contributes to the field of grief, the club would love to get to know you better and help edify you, should our values align. Together we can end unnecessary grief pain.
