🔥 User Experience (UX) UX Designer คือ คนที่ concerned เกี่ยวกับ the what, how and why ทั้งตัว Product ทางกายภาพ และ digital interaction สำหรับผู้ใช้ .

🔥User Interface (UI)UI Designer คือ การออกแบบ ให้สิ่งที่ผู้ใช้เห็น มีหน้าตา nice looking app หรือ web ที่ตอบโจทย์ Accessibility และ consistency

🔥 Customer Experience (CX) คือ ทุกอย่าง ที่ลูกค้า touches upon ในขณะที่ เขาinteracting with a service, either physical หรือ digital.

🔥 Service Design คือ “ everything and everyone that touches upon the delivery of a service.” เป็นการออกแบบ แบบ360องศา ในทุกด้านในเวลาเดี๋ยวกันไม่ว่าจะเป็น UX,UI,CX & Marketing เพื่อตอบโจทย์ Brand experience ให้สมบูรณ์แบบที่สุด

💯 Service Designers เราออกแบบ ไปด้วยกันไปกับusers, ไม่ใช่การแบบมาเพื่อusers.
