KITCHEN TABLE CONVERSATIONS 🗣🗣🗣
FOR SOCIAL IMPACT
The Collaborate For Purpose Club was created by Flavian Delima.
I started the club because the world is complicated. It requires different people to come together to talk, listen, learn, understand and solve hard problems.🤨
———
CFP is for diverse and inclusive problem solvers 🌏 who want to collaborate to get on the other side of big, hard, and often uncomfortable questions and problems. 🤔
By the end, you will learn💡more about yourself, 🤭 make new friends and understand why and how taking small action steps in your community matters. 🌐

STEPS FOR A CFP CONVERSATION on CLUBHOUSE
(1) We follow a kitchen table format, which means everyone around the table has a voice 🗣, no matter their background or status.
(2) We focus on the topic question and try hard to find some of answers together. 🤲
(3) It’s FINE 👍🏾 to disagree but NEVER OK 👎 to disrespect anyone in a room.

We focus on the topic question : We strive to get to the other side of a big hard question. That means having a deeper discussion on the question and topic.
If you disagree with someone, do it respectfully: Be respectful when you disagree. Then return to the main topic question. You want to talk like you would with friends and strangers gathered around your kitchen table.
Bring your stories and experiences first.: Please bring your lived experiences and stories. While credentials are helpful, your stories matter most.
