Supported by the podcast of the same name, Getting Old Quickly is all about expressing our feelings on a wide range of topics, processing these emotions and learning to grow from our experiences, so we can be better today than we were yesterday and better tomorrow than we were today. This is all about being able to talk about what we’re going through and normalizing the fact that we don’t need to pretend we’re okay any longer, eliminating stigmas and creating new understandings that we’re not in this alone.
