EQUATORIANS ONLY.: Equatorians are the members allow to speak in the house. Every member has the right and freedom of speech and expression. Foreigners are allow only to speak in the house as special guest.
RESPECT.: Respect each other member opinions. No fouls languages or baseless accusations without evidence.
INTERJECTION.: Interjection is allow for member to correct or redirect member to the point or agenda. A Member can request for closed session if he or she sees deems.
