The Egyptian Regulatory Reform Activity (ERRADA) is a national initiative concerned with streamlining the Egyptian legislative framework and creating a stimulating business and investment climates, thus alleviating the burden on the state budget, and providing a better life for Egyptians.
In 2019 ERRADA was re-instated under the umbrella of the Egyptian Cabinet with direct supervision from the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development (MPED); ERRADA was also granted additional powers and authorities by virtue of Prime Minister Decrees No. 998 for year 2019, No.1652 for year 2019, and No. 1398 for year 2020
