Hello my fellow Anxies this is a safe space created for us and by us. In this club🏠we share are experiences with anxiety, we share tips, ask questions and many more without the judgment. So if you feel like this is the room for you don’t overthink it join us #Anxies✨.

Check ins💕(Monday Evening/Saturday mornings)

These check ins should be held in social rooms just so they’re a more safe space for members to fully express themselves and certain things they may be going through. You don’t have to share if you don’t want to or go into too much detail it’s just a space to use to your liking and comfortability ✨

Introduce yourself 💕: What I mean by this is before you speak say your name, this is so this club maintains its accessibility to everyone, people with sight issues would appreciate if the conversations is clear for them ✨
Let ppl finish: I’ve hosted social anxiety rooms before and one thing I noticed is that because the anxiety is there we are ALL conscious of allowing ppl to finish. So I don’t think we will have a problem here ✨
