Description

Surrogacy is one area of assisted reproduction which is rapidly developing, with more and more people looking to surrogacy as a means of family building.

The aim of the Surrogacy Law Club is to raise awareness of surrogacy law, and to discuss both the law (in the various jurisdictions where surrogacy is permitted) and standard practice. Often those who work in surrogacy find that what happens on the ground, can be quite different to what is written in law and so this group can hopefully help us discuss these quirks and what we would describe as good practice surrogacy across the globe.

We welcome professionals from the world of surrogacy, together with parents through surrogacy, intended/prospective parents and surrogates.
