- deepening our understanding of the impact of historical forces on our sense of self-worth, our relationships, and our communities
- embodying liberation & collective Joy
- sharing essential emotional wellness skills
- identifying and breaking the emotional/mental/spiritual chains that hold us back from being our most full and authentic selves
