I created this room to be a place where Black Love, Unity and Solidarity is the primary focus and under tone of conversation. No disrespect of Black Women or Men will be tolerated. All are welcome of the Diaspora. Let’s build, love and support one another like so many have given their lives for us to do so✊🏿.
Must uplift when you come on stage.: When you join the stage before you speak you must say something positive and/or uplifting about your fellow Black Man (if your a woman) and Black Woman (if your a man).
Respect is absolute: There will be no degrading and or tearing down or calling out of names of Black Men and Women respectfully. You will be given one warning and then moved to the audience.
Moderators will Moderate : If you are given a bean you are required to control the flow of the room. Over talking and Interrupting will result in muted mics.
