Welcome to Hold Me; a safe space where we address mental health issues, inspiring others with our success stories, and most importantly, reminding each other that we are loved☺️
It gets a little cloudy sometimes, but no worries, we’ll hold out an umbrella for you😌☂️

Be Vulnerable : Speakers are encouraged to be vulnerable and share their stories and experiences. However, only share as much as you are comfortable with sharing.
