Breaking The Addiction! on Clubhouse

Description

Addiction goes beyond sex, food, drugs and alcohol. Those have simply become the world’s standards for what someone can be addicted to. Anything that consumes every part of our lives is an addiction. We fill voids and avoid facing past traumas by consuming ourselves with things like people pleasing and approval, working, gambling, shopping. The list is endless. It’s time to Break the Addiction!

The goal of the Breaking the Addiction clubhouse is to guide listeners through:

1. Understanding what addiction really is
2. Learning how to get to the root of the addiction and what triggers it
3. Hearing from existing and recovering addicts of all forms
4. Discovering techniques used to break the cycle of addiction over your life

Our Heavenly Father desires His children to be free from any worldly ways. 1 John 2:16 (KJV) says, “For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the father, but of the world.”

This room is designed to set God’s people free from addiction in order to live life from a place of transparency, holiness, and wholeness.
