A club for discussing the contents (and discontentment created by) Court judgements on topics of Constitutional Law.
Analysing Court decisions and their impact on various Constitutional Law topics from Free Speech, Gender Equality to Federalism and of course the Basic Structure. As well as the alternative paths which were available to the court and if they would have been an improvement over the decided doctrine.
Rule 1: No form of bigotry targetting marginalised (on the basis of caste, religion, sexual orientation, gender etc.) communities will be tolerated
