Mental health today is so important. This is a club that I started because of so many incredible conversations with all different people whether it’s with my family, friends, therapist or even clients. It always seemed like we just scratched the surface and there could be so much more to explore.
It’s amazing to have conversations with people where you each have a mutual understanding that this is a DISCUSSION and not a DEBATE. There is a huge difference and when we can fully understand that and see what boundaries align with that mindset and that the intention there is to truly understand each other, we can really offer a huge window for others into our own minds.
All emotions are valid. Every person’s voice is needed. And if Covid has taught us anything, it’s to slow down, assess our priorities, declutter our minds, strengthen our hearts, and continue to make positive changes in our lives. In here, I’d like to talk about boundaries, expectations, genuine positivity, awareness, accountability, vulnerability, depression, anxiety, [all] relationship dynamics, culture, social issues/news, trauma and overall mental health. Maybe we can help each other?

Be kind. : You never know what someone else has gone through.
Be respectful. : If you don’t agree with it or even fully understand it, just listen with an open mind.
Discuss, don’t debate. : Let’s connect and learn from each other! If we expand our ability to process things differently, we can possibly figure out new ways to work on our issues and bridge gaps we never could before.
