وأينَ قرطبةٌ دارُ العلومِ فكَمْ …… مِنْ عالمٍ قَدْ سما فيها لهُ شانُ
وأين حِمصُ وما تحويهِ مِنْ نُزَهٍ …… ونهرُها العذبُ فيّاضٌ وملآنُ.

This club was started to increase
everyone’s understanding of the Andalusian epic, it’s contributions to the Islamic religion, philosophy, history, logic and culture. It’s a safe space for discussions on the topics above, free from disrespect, arguments and one sided monologues.

House rules:

1- this is a house defined in essence by its adherence to Sunni orthodoxy and its schools, Hanafiyyah, Malikiyyah, Shafieea and Hanabila, any attempt to work outside that framework isn’t welcomed.
2- this is a house mainly frequented by married males, if you’re a single person wether male or female be respectful of that fact any flirtatious behavior will not be tolerated.
3- fringe opinions will be heard by any group within the Islamic framework but will be subject to an academic dissection of either its core fundamentals or subsidiary branches.
4- Absolutely no profanity will be allowed. Be intelligent in your wording of arguments.
5-Moderators reserve the right to remove anyone from the house and by extension its rooms for any behavior they deem to be petty, disrespectful or in any way curtailing a productive academic discussion.
