To think more efficiently abt victims.

To help people those are victimised in natural and man made problems like tribal confilict and economical inadvancement.
Priorities
Focuse on women, children and helpless elder people looking your hands. Try to make some change to improve through out job creating and helping hands.
Be inclusive
Do not forget in cases of the victims and vulnerable issue both urban and rural. You may follow up not based on location they are situated but for they are human.
