"Being Expressed" is a open clubhouse which encourages people to be more empathetic and give them the confidence to express beyond limits. It acts as a platform to build your social connections and also brings out the humanity in everyone. Our most priority is your mental health and then your physical well being. So , don't worry about being judged. Because no room for it. Since it is open , it's not restricted to any topics . Please be sweet and nice to each other.

We conduct only weekly sessions at IST timing . ( Saturday & Sunday). Sometimes we conduct when we feel like doing it :)


Members can add their own rooms. But before doing that always keep in mind the club rules before creating one. We always keep a check on our rooms created under this club to maintain the positivity and respect of "Being Expressed"

Sweet And Nice : Please be sweet and nice to each other no matter how unhappy you are with some one / some one's opinion. Always stay loyal to the club, sessions and to your fellow mates.
Feel free to disagree with other's opinions.: Always put your opinion in a respectable manner if you are opposing to someone's point . Never ever discourage or gaslight them with your dominant mindset. It's okay to disagree but never cross quest
