Black Women Journaling: A Journey Into Self-Discovery. This is a group of women coming together to write their way into deeper discovery of self. I created this group to help women with self awareness. I believe by becoming more self aware/mindful, you will open yourself up to discovering those underlying issues/traumas that overtake your interactions with self and others. Some people call this shadow work.
