Description

The coverage of U.S. Black Girls Missing in the media does not match the data.  With Black women representing only 13% of the total population, yet 41% of us fall victim to assault, domestic abuse, kidnapping, rape, murder, sex trafficking, et al. The reality is there's an urgent crisis.  Black mothers and daughters are going unheard, unseen, and under siege.  Black Butterfly Podcast is stepping out as a descriptive and substantive representation of Black Girls Missing and it pledges to do its part to change the narrative by shining a light on the Black Girls Missing crisis.
