Work rooms: At the top of every hour we have 10 minutes of goal setting, then 50 minutes of goal smashing. Goals will be recorded by the moderator and progress can be updated at the top of the hour.
Jump scares : Sometimes the end of the work time may cause jump scares‼️
Be encouraging : This is to help reward and celebrate friends for mindfully time blocking and accomplishing work goals.
