Bihar has a glorious past but the glimpses of it is not visible any more. It offers diversity in dialects, languages, cultures, art and craft practices, religious practices, rituals, food habits, clothings and various ways of life. Its seat of cultures, education, arts, agriculture and sciences. That's why it is said Bihar is just not a state it's State of Mind too. People living in Bihar is as part of it, as those who are living outside the boundary of it but never gone out of it emotionally. There are so many good and bad things about our state.
