The Mindful Creative™️ is a practical wellness sangha(community) of Creative Vibes Only®️offering tangible tools, strategies and resources 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 to cultivate presence, reduce stress, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.

𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, we do 20-30min rooms of mindfulness practice and mindfulness meditations to cultivate presence and reduce stress for your overall wellness.

We also have weekly dialogue with creative luminaries on how taking/cultivating a mindful approach to their day impacts their lives and creativity.
