We tackle questions that deserve another round of drinks. The Moon Under Water was George Orwell's meticulously imagined ideal public house that, alas, existed only in his mind. A place where every aspect of the experience is intentionally designed to facilitate rich conversation with familiar faces, invigorate the mind, serve as a reprieve from the harsh realities of what exists beyond its walls, and remind us of the beauty of the human experience that is often hard to see in the mind-numbing, soul-crushing daily grind.
