Working in America isn’t always easy, and now you have a place to help you get through difficult situations at work and achieve your career goals. Join discussions centered around:
• navigating toxic work environments
• negotiating pay and salary
• and, of course, how to deal with difficult co-workers.

We are elevating and evolving the concept of work, honoring its sacred nature, and supporting ourselves and one another in defining our True Work and purpose on the job. Conversations address the real-life experience of being on the job, and the spiritual, ethical, and mental health implications of the work experience.
Part 1: • Be curious, constructive, and supportive, and bring positive energy to the room.
• Be respectful (no racism, sexism, ageism, Anti-LGBTQIA+, or other attacks on individuals or groups).
Part 2: • Be kind when expressing thoughts and opinions and responding to the thoughts and opinions of others.
• Keep political opinions to yourself.
Part 3: • No swearing.
• Keep shares less than 4 minutes.
• No promotion of businesses or services unless cleared by a moderator.
