I’m on a journey to school folks on intellectual capital for the benefit of those who weren’t meant to have it. Between that and being a recovering workaholic, I’m usually a moving target… hence, Catch Cris. 🏃‍♀️💨😜

This house is where I jump in when I have a moment and/or when I have something to say. It seems to be organically becoming a school of sorts 🤔 with Classes to gather intellectual capital.

🏁Homeroom: These are pop-ups on mornings where I’m feeling like a good Keke. This is my chance to check in with y’all, to take a deeeep breath and head back to work. Take the opportunity to let loose, enjoy the moment and talk about the most errant thoughts running in your morning brain. Try to keep it light. Just by showing up, you passed. ✅ 😉

👩‍🏫 Lectures: These are when I respect my Grandpa’s wishes. I put on my teacher/trainer hat and give the class intellectual capital I have gathered over the past 20 years, living in 14 cities and spending 15 years as a local government reporter.
