One mic on speaker.: Allow people to talk and then if you wish to contribute, you may. Moderators have the right to interject if the discussion sways off topic.
It's not that deep.: Be open minded that not everyone will agree with you AND THATS OKAY. We welcome all views and we welcome corrections gracefully.
