The well-known Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an introspective self-report questionnaire indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. We welcome everyone who wants to learn about the 8 Jungian cognitive functions and to discuss the 16 personality types. Join us, share your thoughts and make connections!

8 Jungian Cognitive Functions：
Extrovert Sensing 外倾感觉（Se）——对于外界细节变化的敏感觉察，主动探索外界环境以寻求感官刺激；适应新环境，快速融入场景和即时反应。
Introverted Sensing 内倾感觉（Si）——对于过往细节的回忆，对传统、规则和权威的习惯性遵守和依赖，以及比对外界事物与过往经历的经验主义。
Extroverted Intuition 外倾直觉（Ne）——跳跃性捕捉外界事物之间的联系的发散思维，运用概念和修辞理解和描述外界事物的概念思维。
Introverted Intuition 内倾直觉（Ni）——对个体事物抽象本质的直觉性洞察和顿悟，以及对环境和大局的全方位综合性感知。
Extroverted Thinking 外倾思考（Te）——以结果导向的思维制定计划和战略，优化外界资源、让事物高效运转，保持对外界活动的掌控。
Introverted Thinking 内倾思考（Ti）——分析事物内部的逻辑关系和运行原理，以形式逻辑或辩证逻辑理性化和认识客观世界。
Extroverted Feeling 外倾情感（Fe）——感受他人需求，并主动付出和奉献，共情他人的感情冲动产生接收和共鸣，维持群体情感平衡与和谐。
Introverted Feeling 内倾情感（Fi）——关注内心深处的情感冲动，追求自我认知、价值观和信念。
